my philips 1GB mp3 wont turn on it starts up then turns off again when i put it in the computer it says there is an error and always has "ok to disconnect" and when i pull it out it says "The USB Mass storage device cannot be stopped because of an unknown error.Since this device is still being used,do not remove it.
