Where's the horn?

I'm looking for the horn on a 1998 Ford Explorer. We've replaced fuses, etc. But, under the hood we can't see it.

Also look in front inner fender near bumper

moste fords put the horn kind of in the wheel arch like our transits they get bunged up with road muck and corosion but anywhere under the hood normally at frount neer the radator
