How can I fix my Elba C96DF Oven?

We have an Elba C96DF with an electric oven and for some reason the RCD trips every time we turn up the temperature above about 75C are there any known solutions as I have checked the wiring and all seems to be in order. Can it be the heating elements?

I strongly suspect there are 2 problems - your thermostat and your lower heating element
