Potterton netaheat 16-22 pilot light gone?

Hi, my boiler Potterton netaheat 16-22 (MK II) has no pilot light. I can not see an ignition button or anywhere to re-light after taking off the front lower brown panel. The plug for the electrics is working ok as when I switch the boiler on via the timer control swith, it makes noises to show the gas is pumping through - but the heating is not coming. To access the pilot, I would have to take off the main white panel cover, which I am sure I should not really need to do. Can you please guide me? Grateful thanks.

Hello everyone
just to update you all, the BG eng came round to say that the heat echanger should be changed. This could cost about £600 to mend and repair as I am not on a contract with them.

Called an independent engineer. He had worked for BG for 13 yrs previously. The unit had its white cover off and he started to check the components.

He cleaned one of the electrodes and the boiler fired up! So, we have a warm house now ;-)

There is sign of rust, he recommended to get a service done in Sept. (before winter). Other than that, he charged £65 for the call out and I will be calling him back.
Cheers!
