The trigger when compressed did not allow the steam, instead steam was coming from the trigger and very hot and dangerous. My husband took it apart and found the rod to allow the steam to come out was cracked at the top where the treds are. The item is about 3 inches long with a washer and treded "spout" if you will at this end. Can this piece be replaced and where can it be ordered.
