How do i stop my Alarm making a Beep every time a sensor picks up movement?

Today when i was setting the alarm i accidentaly pressed a random buttom, since then every time the sensor picks up movement it does a beep. Does anybody know how to turn it off? The alarm is a Veritas 8.
