How to purchase replacement spring (s) for my two Revlon Stylix hair curling irons? Both are red and grey and claim to have ceramic barrels. They both look brand new, but, they both have broken springs on them so it won't hold down the curling plate. The models are: RV096 and RVIR101. They are curling irons, ie: not brushes or straitening irons.
