Saunier Duval Thematek SF24E Leaking Hot Water?

My Saunier Duval Thematek is leaking water, but it is sporadic. I still have hot water and it appears to be working fine, but I don't know where the leak is coming from or why it is leaking? I am in Spain and have no clue as to how this boiler works...but it appears there is a disconnected hose-which I am guessing is the salida de agua caliente sanitaria or where the sanitary hot water exits?? The disconnected hose looks like it should be connected to an open iron/copper threaded spout??? But the disconnected hose has no corresponding thread and/or bolt to attach it. The hose just has a bit of tape on it? Is this hose suppose to be loose or should it plug into the threaded spout mentioned? Why would it just have silver tape on it and nothing else if was suppose to be connected to the threaded spout?? Please help, desperate to fix this myself-since maybe an easy fix as water boiler works!
