I'm not getting amy hot water from my ravenheat combi?

I'm not getting amy hot water from my ravenheat combi however the cental heating seems ok and so does the system pressure. Some warm water does come through if i have the central Heating on but if it's off it just come out cold. Can you suggest anything ?

the diaphragm has probably gone. better off changing full diverter valve which comes with all the new seals with it. also make sure you have the specific model number when ordering as there are a few different types and not universal
