PANEL DETECTED AC FAILURE?

My 15 year old Digital Alarm Technologies alarm reads...panel detected ac failure.... after I had a power outage at home that lasted for three days and is now resolved. None of the buttons respond and the battery reads 13v. Any ideas.... Thanks
