Locked 13 on the Ford audio 6006e RDS EON?

I have now the richt keycode, but I can't put the code in the radio because on the displays says "Locked 13". Can anybody please telle me whta to do, so I can put in the keycode !

Locked 13 means there are NO more code entry attempts left!! you will either have to take it to a Ford dealer or a specialist radio re-coder
