Ferroli 701 pressure dropping?

My boiler pressure keeps dropping,when I add water via the filling loop, water starts to discharge through the pressure relief valve.

I cannot keep pressure in the system,hence the system keeps shutting down.

Please help!

you need to have the pressure relief valve replaced, and probably expansion vessel re-charged.
