It means child lock has been turned on. To turn it off switch power on at wall and before pressing any other buttons press & hold start button for 5 seconds. Machine should then be back to normal. Most Dishlex use the start button in this way for the child lock. If it doesn't work on your model you may have to check in the user manual or get one from the internet if you don't have one.
