Take off the cover at the bottom of the boiler. If you then look up you will see just to the left hand side what looks like a grey pipe, the key fits up inside that, give it a few short turns until it pushes up a little more and locates. give the key a 90 deg turn, then turn the hex knob (dark grey) and the system should start to fill up. Prressuer up to about 1 bar when could and should rise to about 1.2 to 1.5 bar after 10 mins when heating up
