i have a Samsung Smartwash washing maching 6.0kg. machine come up with an error message when i checked the manuel it said that the debris filter needs to be cleaned. i followed the instuctions and took of the filter cap. the filter should have been attached to the cap but the filter still in the machine and i do not know how to get the filter out.
Filters aren't usually attached to the cap,but anyway take the cap off and try to remove the filter by hand it should come out,as long as you don,t puncture it you,re ok.
