how do i get inside my bosch washing machine?

my mrs' bra underwire seems to have fallen through the drum of my Bosch washing machine & is now making a noise from underneath, sounds like its catching the drum as it goes round, is it something i can fix myself? It's a Bosch Maxx 5 1200 spin around 6 months old.

if you take the pump hose off at the drum you might be
able to get the wire out
