I HAVE A HOTPOINT MISTRAL PLUS FRIDGE FREEZER\
AND THE FRIDGE WONT SAVE THE TEMPETURE WHEN I PRESS THE SET AND SAVE BUTTON I SET IT AT 3C
AND IT GOES BACK TO 21C

the temperature 21c could be inside of the fridge. wait a few hours and you will see if the temperature has changed. if has changed down, it is ok.
