how do you change the thermostat on hoover hca390ffk fridge freezer?

My fridge freezer, a hoover hca390ffk, keeps freezing in the refigerator part. We've switched it off, defrosted it etc but it just keeps getting colder. I am assuming its the thermostat but I am very unsure as to how to fit it/ access it. Anyone got any ideas?
