This means fault code 7 which is flow meter failed to detect any in flow of water. Check that tap is fully open. Next turn off tap & remove hose from tap & machine. Check either end for any filters that may be blocked. Also check the filter inside the opening to the valve. If ok & problem still exists when you put hose back & fully open tap, then you probably have to replace the inlet valve.
