Hygena Diplomat Softline ADP0500 grill not working?

I have a Hygena Diplomat Softline ADP0500 and the grill does not work, is there a reset switch located anywhere. There is no gas getting to it either

how do i reset it

yes, there is a thermal cut out switch.
Release appliance from housing.
unscrew top /rear panel securing screws.
Ease panel backwards, remove both fan leads and lift panel clear.
Remove 2 screws securing thermal cutout switch to inner grillcover and replace.
