Heatline gas failure?

My gas is on a meter.
Gas ran out. Boiler stopped of course.
Got more cash on meter.
Flashing on number 9 and says could be gas failure!
How do I correct please?

reset the boiler, turn off on control on front of boiler. leave for 30 seconds , then turn back on.
