whats wrong with my boiler ?

i have a glow-worm ci combi boiler when i turn on the hot tap the boiler fires up ,plenty of cold water comes out but no hot....at the same time the heating flow pipe gets hot ......the heating works fine on its own ...any ideas ?

black div motor or no power to drive motor. take off and run ch and dhw to see if movement on motor.
