Is there a way to fix a tear in NYLON/GORE-TEX jacket?

I tore a small hole in my Northface Summit Series jacket...the outer shell with gortex XCR. Materials list:

[100% Nylon w/ GORE-TEX ePTFE/ ]
[100% Nylon AVEC GORE-TEX ePTFE].

I was wondering if there was a way to mend and/or patch it?
