Thanx to Des B regarding the resistor fix. I bought them via ebay, put them in, and speeds i & ii worked.
My problem now is that the fan speed slows down ( to a stop ) and sometimes cuts back in, and sometimes it does not.
When started up again, after the car has stood awhile the process repeats itself. Help.
