My Whirlpool AWZ 410 no longer rinses or fast spins??

The cycle will not do the rinse or the fast spin. If you put a programme on it fills with water but doesn't move on to the next part of the cycle automatically. You can move to the next part manually?
Any ideas????

I have the same issue, machine getting stuck in step 4 and not moving on, have you managed to sort it out yet?
