Got a glow worm boiler how do i turn up the flame as keeps going low

You say that the heating is working OK and hint that you have no hot water.

If the heating is working OK then the boiler's flame is fine and needs no adjustment - it's not something that an untrained person should do - adjust the gas flow.

You have a Hot water Problem and may do best by calling out a specialist Heating Engineer from yellow pages.
