Can you help?? I have a Veritas alarm and I want the back door to be an additional entry point (set a delay). How can I do this without having a service contract?
I was never given the manual from it being a new build. I only have the info for changing the code. The people looking after the alarms won't help me without me taking out a contract

You need to change the zone type to an Entry Exit zone in the programming menu. It will tell you this in the installation / engineering instruction manual.
