Most window winders are held on the same way,point the winder downwards and push the plastic washer toward the door panel,you will see a wire clip, hook it with a piece of wire with a hook on the end and pull it up you can then pull handle off.The wire clip is a horseshoe shaped circlip on replacement put the clip on the handle first then put the handle on the door and thump it(remember to put the plastic washer on first)sounds complicated but is dead easy you will work it out.
