We have a GE portable phone (actually it is a two phone kit). The secondary phone works fine and will charge in either base. The primary phone will not charge in either base (and the battery is new). The only advice we seem to be able to get is to replace the quite new set and can't believe there is not a repair option for that main handset. Should we take it apart and look for bad or loose wires?
