How to convert a Dualit 110V toaster to 230V?

Anyone done this? I think i need to change the full set of elements and the 06406 Thermostat Energy Regulator which is i assume a transformer and also the configuration of the copper connections down below. Any tips out there? Thank in advance. Paul
