hi pedlar it is not so hard to reset your alarm providing that you are compitant at doing so if not leave it to the guys who know, if you press reset then 0123 does this start the alarm and stop it, if not press RESET then press the PROG button and then 9999 and see if the green day light goes out or not, if you try this and let me know and i will give the information you need to reset all the setings to factory setings, when was the alarm last used and has it had a new battery fitted in the past 3 years
