it could be that were you live in the uk has being hit by (narvision 3) if you go to the web site www.digital-kaos.co.uk. and in their (site navigation) menu on the left of their home page , look up general cable tv, click on that ,and see (areas receiving new cards , and see if your city/town is there , because all of the uk is going over to narvision 3, and it hav being working here in Ireland for over a year and (no model) of box will work here ,,
