Don't know but your question is almost off screen and a lot of people only answer questions while they are on the page,but most toilet lids with push buttons are held down by the outer ring around the button,you use finger pressure only(no tools required)and unscrew the ring(anticlockwise of-course)and you can get the top off.Good luck,relist if you have no joy.
