Hi, I have a Ariston Class A build in Fridge freezer ( Model: BC 312A1). Couple of days ago woke up and found the freezer defrosting and the fridge is warm. The light is on so it's not the power supply. Do you know what's gone wrong and can I fix it or need to call engineer?
