I think a piece of a wooden popscicle stick is inside the impeller...once I take the lower washer arm off, and the water feed tube from back, then the 8 screws off the top, how do I get the screen part off to get that piece out of the impeller. It must have went thru the openings a long time ago...it rattles around when it empties and sometimes jams up.
