zanussi fjs 1225w will not take in water, then it floods itself?

hi,
my machine will not take in water, but when machine is turned off and even unplugged, it fills up with water.

if your machine waste pipe is attached to your kitchen sink lift the pipe higher so when you washing the water dont go in machine through the waste pipe if that dont clerar the problem then you need to change the solenoid on water inlet
