I have a cooper menvier 9651 which ommits a loud beep outside when set it which my neighbours hate. How do I turn this off- I only have the user guide. Acorn *** very kindly answered to go into the engineering mode (instructions to do this are not included in the user guide) and turn down the volume? - help!!!how do I get into engineering mode??
