Scantronic 9427 Alarm?

We replaced the battery in our Scantronic Alarm 9427 but now the top left light is flashing green and the alarm keeps going off every 10 mins. Need your expert advice how to fix this please

Probably power failure. Maybe check internal fuses and the battery.
