Can i fix my F&P sidebyside fridge freezer Mod.FPG21KRDA?

The freezer sometimes freezes up, but the fridge not getting cold.Have taken the cover off and sometimes the refridgeration unit will freeze and other times it starts to and then you can see it defrost.Any ideas??
