How do I replace the brushes on my Zanussi Aqaucycle ZWF1221W?

Washing machine won't spin-except when empty. I'm guessing it needs new brushes-how easy are they to replace?

tip the machine on its BACK.this gives access to the motor from underneath.the brushes will be held on to the motor with either pozi screws or 5mm nut headed screw.easy job
