what is the sequence for bleeding brakes on a ford galaxy?

I want to change my brakes but dont know what the sequence is for bleeding the brakes after. Can anyone help?

If you are changing the pads and even the discs there is no need to bleed the brakes.you do not need to break in to the fluid system to do the above
