Singer 7422 sewing machine?

When I try to wind the bobbin, all the lights come on, an alarm sounds and the bobbin winding mechanism won't turn.

Lots of peoiple are having lots of problems with that model and all various faults, unfortunately with electronic or computerised machines the best thing is to take it in for repair.
