the only name i have for my house alarm is veritas how can i reset it after a power cut. it is flashing outside but is notset properly previous owners left no instructions can u help

Your code *should* reset this system.

If it was triggered BY a powercut, then it suggests the back-up battery is at fault. I strongly suggest getting it professionally serviced.

I know it'll cost a few quid, but it will be worth it.

Ask around for recommendations.
