Did you ever get to the bottom of this - mine is doing the same. Engineer thought it was in some sort of 'commissioning mode' as if being used for the very first time. Thought the engineer buttons might lie behind it all but didn't know about this and manual just says for engineer use only. Bit of a pain as always takes half an hour or so before really gets going.
