my treadmill is a pro form 4500 and it has come to a stuttering stop, when i press start the belt makes an attempt to turn and then it comes to a stop. i opened up the cover to the motor and board and the red light is on, but when i press start the red flases fast but when the belt stops the red light goes back solid. Your help would be appreciated.
