Worcester 28i RSF Boiler?

Woke up this morning with no hot water or heating. The boiler says the pressure is 0. We had no problems the night before, just happened over night. Cannot find a way to increase the pressure. No levers or key with tap, seems to be a closed unit. HELP!

Many Thanks for your help, looks like its an external loop but no tap to inject the flow. There is a small nut so will give it a try. One last question, why would the pressure drop?
