Where can I find a recoil spring assembly for my Pioneer Partner P39 Chainsaw? When the side pull start cover is removed, the pull start and recoil work fine but when the cover is replaced, the cord does not recoil? Are ther still parts available for this model?

Not sure, I talked to a home and garden guy, he said they weren't making them any more..I am looking for the gas cap for the P-39 any ideas?
