what is the ideal temperature?

what is the ideal temperature for the fridge on the samsung sr-s22. It is digital & i have only just had it but carn't work out if it is high to make it cold or low to make it cold

When Clarence Birdseye first developed Frozen Food he set the Freezer temperature at 0º F (-18º C) because he liked round numbers.

Refridgerators are usually run at about +10º C down to +4º C

I run mine at +5º C else I tend to get things freezing up.
