When empty, it begins the cycle (I can hear the pump) then goes into error mode. All four lights are flashing and I get continuous beeping.

I have tried the usual trick of tipping it backwards - it leaks and although I am then able to start the programme it just goes into the same routine of pumping, beeping and flashing.

I'm assuming that it shouldn't leak when tipped, and that the leak is causing the problem. I'd like to strip it down and have a look myself but don't know where to begin. So far, I haven't found anything online to help me.

Has anybody pulled one of these models apart? If so, how, and what might I be looking for once I've got it stripped?
