I have a TriStar Steam Buggy - probably around 10 years old. The steam escapes from the water reservoir cap. Can I obtain a new one, or is the seal unlikely to be reparable. There is no model number, but the housing for the on/off switch is yellow (notice it is black on later models). The instruction booklet has reference 10-3-01/Intl
